Dr. Chaghouri graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with a degree in Biology before earning his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California (USC). He completed his psychiatry residency at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident in Psychiatric Emergency Services. He subsequently completed a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at the USC Institute of Psychiatry and Law.

As Medical Director of Path2 Recovery Center, Dr. Chaghouri brings his medical and psychiatric expertise to the center's commitment to providing safe, effective, and individualized addiction treatment. His approach emphasizes evidence-based care, understanding the underlying causes of addiction, and addressing the physical and psychological aspects of recovery.

Dr. Chaghouri believes that successful treatment goes beyond addressing substance use alone. By recognizing each individual's unique needs and challenges, he supports a comprehensive approach to care that promotes emotional well-being, personal growth, and long-term recovery.

Beginning his career in 2004 as a substance abuse counselor intern, Oganes worked his way into leadership positions, gaining valuable experience in treatment program management and client care. He is a certified substance abuse treatment specialist, interventionist, and gambling counselor.

As Clinical Supervisor at Path2 Recovery Center, Sabrina is dedicated to supporting the clinical team and promoting a high standard of personalized care. She emphasizes the importance of addressing the emotional and psychological challenges associated with addiction while helping individuals develop healthier coping skills, rebuild relationships, and work toward lasting recovery.
