Will Insurance Cover It? Let's Find Out Together.

Most people use insurance to pay for detox and residential care. We'll check your benefits for free and explain them in plain words, before you decide anything.

Verify your insurance

Send a few details. We'll do the rest.

We work with many insurance providers and are happy to check your benefits at no cost, so you can explore your options with peace of mind and without any pressure or obligation.

What we check for you

  • If your plan covers detox and residential care
  • What you might pay out of pocket
  • Payment options, if you need them

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are yours to worry about.

  1. 1. Send your details or call

Your name, a phone number and your insurance company are enough to start.

  2. 2. We call your insurance

We find out what your plan covers for detox and residential care.

  3. 3. We explain it plainly

You'll know what's covered and what you might pay, before you decide anything.

No insurance?

You still have options.

Ask us about self-pay rates and payment plans. If our program doesn't fit your budget, we'll help you look for lower-cost care, including programs funded by your state.

SAMHSA's free National Helpline, 1-800-662-4357, can also point you to low-cost treatment near you.

Cost questions

What people ask about paying for care.

Does it cost anything to check my insurance?
No. Checking your benefits is free, and it doesn't commit you to anything.
Will my employer find out?
Not from us. Federal law (42 CFR Part 2) gives addiction treatment records extra privacy, and we share nothing without your written consent.
What if my plan doesn't cover everything?
We'll tell you what you might owe before you arrive, and talk through payment options with you.
Can I check for someone else?
Yes. Many calls come from family. Have their insurance card and birth date handy, and we'll take it from there.

The next step

The next step is a phone call.

A real person answers, day or night. It's free and confidential, and you don't have to decide anything today.
